| Digital Pixel Effects for Paint Shop Pro |

The first effect I'm going to teach you to do is to make this image look
pixelated like the image afterwards, I was fiddling about with psp and this
is what happened, pretty cool I think.
1) Paste the first image into psp, go to Layers > Duplicate 2) Click on the bottom layer (by going to Layers and selecting the bottom layer) and then go to Effects > Geometric Effects > Pixelate 3) I made the block width and height 10, then click ok. Go back to layers, click on the top layer. Then go to Layers > Properties and set the blend mode to overlay! there you go! have a play around! :D Here are some variations, changing the block width and height and the blend mode
