| Digital Pixel Effects for Photoshop |

This is basically the same as the psp tutorial but of course using photoshop
1) Paste the first image into photoshop, go to Layer > Duplicate name it whatever you like 2) Click on the bottom layer in the layers box (if it is not there go to Window > Workspace > Reset palette locations) and then go to Filter > Pixelate > Mosaic 3) I set the cell size to around 20. Select the top layer and in the layer pallette where it says Normal choose Hard light from the drop down box. There you go! have a play around! :D © Char.
