| Dreamy tutorial in Photoshop |

You may have seen people use this effect in blends, I think it really makes
an image look professional and different. So in this tutorial I will
show you how to make this image look all dreamy!
1) Open up your image in photoshop. Go to Layer > Duplicate layer then name it layer 1 copy or something 2) Click on your layer palette (go to Window > Workspace > Reset Palette Locations) and select soft light {screen print here} 3) Select the bottom layer and go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur and type in about 4.5 {screen print here} 4) You should have this
You could leave it like that OR go to the top layer and change soft light to color burn then make another layer, fill it all white and select color, drag this below the layer named 'layer 1 copy' to get this
