Opacity Paint Shop Pro Tutorial
Opacity is basically the transparency of something (basically how see-through it is!) In paint shop pro there are many ways of doing this.

1) The fill opacity, this changes the transparency of the paint bucket tool. Select the paint bucket tool right click and select tool options, then simply change the opacity number on the tool box that pops up.  The lowest number means it is more transparent.

2) The paint brush opacity, this changes the transparency of the paint brush. Select the paint brush tool right click and select tool options, then simply change the opacity number on the tool box that pops up.  The lowest number means it is more transparent.

You can do the same with other tools too such as the eraser, just look for the tab named opacity!

3) The layer transparency, this changes the transparency of a whole layer.  To do this click on layers > properties and change the opacity number, again the lower the number the more transparent it will be!

So there you go!
