Scanlines made easy in photoshop

Have you seen those cool images with small lines on, those are called scanlines, or tv lines, here is an example     Here is the original     1) First you need to download this file into the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop 7.0\Presets\Photoshop Actions   2) Open up photoshop 7, make sure that all the correct toolbars are opened, the best way to do this is to go to Window > Workspace > Reset palette locations   3) Open up the picture you want to scanline, click on the actions tab on the toolbox on your right.       4) Click on the arrow next to Tool presets and down at the bottom click tvlines.atn     5) You will see a new folder has appeared named tvlines, expand this.     6) Click on TV Lines - Small and press the play button! there you go its done, and it does them on a new layer too! You can do the same with TV Lines - Big too!
