| Scan line Tutorial |
 For this tutorial we will be using this image and making it into a trendy scan lined picture
1) Save this picture (this is to save you from drawing the lines!) it is in psp format. Open up the image and then open up an image you wish to do the scan line effect with while keeping the other image opened up in the background 2) Create a new layer
3) Select the paint bucket tool, then underneath the colour palette is a thing saying styles. Click on the arrow on the first box and select pattern
3) Click in the middle of the box and a window with patterns will open up, select the lines pattern
4) Then simply fill the layer! You end up with this
5) You can also do layer effects to this. Click on layers > properties and for blend mode select overlay.
There you go! a nice and simple scan line effect! |
